Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-20 business days
- Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note these are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to customs or high demand periods.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
